You can use: Credit card, debit card or "boleto" (in Brazil). Enter all details (all fields must be completed) in the requested format. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase when you complete an order and a confirmation of your payment to the email address you provided on the platform.

Descarbonize only stores non-critical data such as your name, CPF and email. Your banking and financial data will be managed by Stripe and not by Descarbonize.

If the issue is a technical issue with the platform, we will investigate it and keep you updated on how we are addressing the issue. If you have already paid for RCEs (compensations) and have not received the certificate within 72 hours after confirming the payment transaction, please contact us by email at faleconosco@descarbonize.com. Please note that the reason given for purchasing CERs (compensations), which appears on your certificate, cannot be changed after purchase.

There are several reasons why a credit card may not work with online payments. To resolve the problem, you must first determine the source of the problem, some reasons may be: 1. Incorrect information: If card information (number, expiration date, security code) is not entered correctly, payment will not be authorized. 4. Security restrictions: Some credit cards have security restrictions for online purchases, such as requiring the card owner to authorize the transaction before it can be completed. 5. Problems with the payment processor: The payment processor being used by the website may be having problems or currently down. 6. Card blocking: If there is suspicious or fraudulent activity on the card, the card issuer may temporarily block it to prevent fraud and protect the cardholder. 7. Problems with our website: The problem may be with our website where the payment is not being processed correctly. In this case we will work as quickly as possible to resolve any complications. After confirming your order and payment, you will receive your certificate via the email you provided on our platform. It will also be available in your account on our website.
